Anne Sapp: Chief Operating Officer

Anne Sapp currently serves as Share the Magic Foundation’s Chief Operating Officer.  As a co-founder of Share the Magic Foundation, Anne has been with the organization since 2016 focusing on program development.  Anne grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia (UGA) where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science degree and law degree. Anne is the founder of Anne W. Sapp, P.C. where she served as a Special Assistant Georgia State Attorney General, representing the Department of Transportation in Specialized Litigation – Eminent Domain. Anne is the past chairman of the Eminent Domain Section for the State Bar of Georgia and received the 2011 Charles N. Purlsey Award for outstanding contributions to the State of Georgia in Eminent Domain. Anne has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Eminent Domain, 2011 Lawyer of the Year, and founding member and Vice Chairman of the Constitutional Law section for the state bar of Georgia.

In addition to her legal service and position with Share the Magic Foundation, Anne serves as a Trustee Emeritus and past Chairman of the Georgia 4-H Foundation, Vice Chairman of Usher’s New Look Foundation, Trustee for Georgia Women of Achievement and as a volunteer for the Joseph Sams School, a school serving children with special needs. Anne is an active alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority.
