Anne Sapp: Executive Director
Anne Sapp currently serves as Executive Director of Read with Malcolm and Share the Magic Foundation. Anne grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science degree and law degree. Anne is the founder of Anne W. Sapp, P.C. where she served as a Special Assistant Georgia State Attorney General, representing the Department of Transportation in Specialized Litigation – Eminent Domain. Anne is the past chairman of the Eminent Domain Section for the State Bar of Georgia and received the 2011 Charles N. Purlsey Award for outstanding contributions to the State of Georgia in Eminent Domain. Anne has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Eminent Domain, 2011 Lawyer of the Year, and founding member and Vice Chairman of the Constitutional Law section for the state bar of Georgia.
In addition to her legal service, Anne currently serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Georgia 4-H Foundation, Vice Chairman of Usher’s New Look Foundation, and as a volunteer for the Joseph Sams School, a school serving children with special needs. Ms. Sapp has chaired annual events including High Arts Day benefiting the High Museum of Art; the Ray of Hope benefiting The Bridge, a residential care facility for abused teens; and the Georgia 4-H Foundation Gala. Dave Sapp: Chief Financial Officer
Dave Sapp currently oversees the finances and operations of Read with Malcolm and Share the Magic Foundation. Dave was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dave received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and his Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University. Dave is Deputy Chief Credit Officer Wells Fargo Capital Finance based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dave has always had a passion for underserved children. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors at The Joseph Sams School as well as serving on the Board of Trustees for the Marcus Autism Center. Dave is a mentor with Usher’s New Look Foundation and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Bridge, a residential care facility for abused teens. firstname.lastname@example.org
Malia Hibbler: Director of Social Media and Marketing
Malia Hibbler is the Director of Social Media and Marketing for the Read with Malcolm Literacy Programs. Malia grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Malia currently is social media director for Ed Vols Honda and is the Founder and CEO of MaliaSHUTup, LLC, a social media and marketing consulting firm. Malia began her career in Social Media in 2008 by helping musicians on MySpace increase their following and develop creative contests to engage their fans. Throughout college she continued to hone her marketing skills by managing the Social Media platforms for Grammy Award winning guitarist Earl Klugh. For over seven years, she has helped Klugh enhance his digital footprint by developing strategies, writing blogs, and enhancing real time interaction with his fans through social media. “Malia has extensive experience interning and working with companies such as the historic Georgia Theatre in Athens; Sony/Columbia recording artist Raury; Education First Tours, where she traveled extensively in Europe to contribute to an advertising campaign; and GE, where she interned in Energy Management and developed their social media strategy. Yvette Tolson: Administrative Assistant
Yvette Bennett Tolson is the Administrative Assistant for Read with Malcolm and Share the Magic Foundation. Yvette grew up in Zebulon, Georgia, and is a graduate of Georgia State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate. Throughout her career, Yvette has held administrative assistant positions in both the real estate and legal fields. Currently, she is employed with the appraisal firm Carr, Rahn, & Associates, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant. Jeff McClure: The Read with Malcolm Magician
Jeff, "The Magical Mr. McClure" is the Read Team's magician. As a kid, Jeff understood the importance of reading as he learned magic tricks from books in his elementary school library. Now a full-time, career magician, Jeff brings an element of magic to school programs, libraries and more!
